Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:

Consequently, we regret to inform you that refunds are not available for certain items due to their intimate nature, potential for contamination, or customization. Specifically, wigs, hair extensions, custom products (including special orders and personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are exempt from our refund policy.
